Hello my Fyh, Fab and Fit Divas!!!
Now I'm sure that you know that the weather is changing fast, just because the warmth of summer is about come to and doesn't mean that you have to stop working on that body. I have something that will help get you into great shape for all those holiday parties. Get ripped in 90 with P90X workout with me these days, then we are going to get Insane with Insanity. I must warn you that this workout can be very intense. Even I'm not sure I can do this! Trust me, after suffering a bad knee injury from dancing ( Which I love ). I ended up having surgery over 19 months ago, which has been a long rode to recovery. So I'm going to try my best to get back into the mode of exercise. I have a performance coming up soon, so I have to get performance ready. I was a athlete back in high school before the family. ( All Smiles)
There are actually 3 workout plans that anyone can follow, but make sure you've been checked out by your doctor before you start any workout plan. If you don't own your own copies of these DVD's then just maybe you can watch them on Youtube. This workout plan isn't for the weak.
***** Classic: This one is you workout with free weights and resistance bands only a few days a week. It will consist of cardio and yoga. This will give a bit of muscle if that what you're going for.
***** Lean: Now this was and is my favorite. Six days a week of working out, with two days of resistance and 4 days of cardio. I was doing this along with dancing and running a few times a week. I began this workout back in 2007,let me tell you it wasn't easy. The day I started was in July 2007 and by Feb. 2008 I had lost a total of 60 to 70 pounds. Take a look for yourself the pictures are below.
****** Doubles: Talk about heavy strength training then this would be the one for you. This is the classic, but with some extra cardio.
